Payment:
  • On-line payment at preferential rates by credit card (only VISA or MASTERCARD - AMEX not accepted) from June 1st 2009 to May 3rd 2010.
  • Payment by cheque in Euros(€) or bank transfer from June 1st 2009 to April 15th 2010. Payment by cheque or bank transfer must be received within 15 days failing which the registration will be automatically cancelled.

 

Congress hotels:
  • Hotels rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants in Paris. These hotels are located near the Congress Center where the congress will be held. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. All rates are quoted in Euros, per night and per room for single, double or twin room. The room rates are per room and per night including VAT and city taxes unless otherwise indicated. These rates can vary from 2 to 2.5 % (depending on VAT and city tax variation).
